The deal

Title Bump is an AI-powered job search tool. You upload your resume, set preferences, and we scan job boards daily to surface the best matches. You decide which jobs to pursue. We never auto-apply.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information. The quality of matches depends on it.
• Only upload resumes and connections you own. Don't upload other people's data.
• Use the tailored content we generate responsibly. Everything we generate is based on the experience in your resume — we never fabricate skills. But you're responsible for reviewing what you send to employers.
• Don't abuse the product: no scraping, no reselling outputs, no reverse-engineering the API.

AI-generated content

The resume rewrites, cover letters, interview prep, and other content we generate use your real experience but are AI output. They're suggestions, not guarantees. Always review before sending anything to an employer. We're not responsible for how a specific application is received.

Billing

• The Copilot subscription is $29/mo, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• The Resume Roaster is free and doesn't require an account.
• We don't issue partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, but if something is broken and we can't fix it, reach out.

What we promise

• We'll only email you when there are actual new matches. No spam. No “no new jobs today” digests.
• We'll never share your resume, your profile, or your connections with anyone.
• We'll be honest about what the AI can and can't do. If something is a guess, we'll say so.

What we don't promise

• We don't guarantee you'll get interviews or offers. The job market is the job market.
• We don't guarantee a specific job is a real posting — we flag likely ghost jobs but we're not perfect.
• We don't promise the service will be available 100% of the time. We do our best.

Termination

You can cancel and delete your account anytime. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service (spamming, scraping, fraud).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Title Bump is not liable for lost opportunities, lost wages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll email you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
